For a virtual consultation, the process just takes three easy steps:
STEP 1
QUALIFYING PATIENT
EVALUATION
Our free online patient evaluation is designed to help us learn more about you and how a medical card could help improve your wellness.
At this stage, you may provide us with any records you have regarding your pre-existing conditions, or give our doctors a thorough run-down of your medical history to get started.
After booking your desired appointment date and time, one of our team members will pre-approve you for the appointment. You’ll receive a text and email saying you qualify and that your appointment has been made. You can then pay the fee up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm.
STEP 2
MEET A MEDICAL CARD DOCTOR ONLINE
At your appointment, you will receive your Physician’s Written Certification, which you and the doctor will sign.
A virtual copy will then be emailed to you along with instructions on how to register your medical card with the state in order to get your holistic medicine.
Our friendly staff will also be available to assist you by phone. If during your visit, the doctor finds that you are ineligible to receive a medical card -- we’ll refund 100% of your certification fee, no questions asked.
STEP 3
REGISTER FOR A MEDICAL CARD
WITH YOUR STATE
After receiving your certification form from your doctor via email, you’ll need to upload a copy to your state’s medical card registration website to complete your application.
